Production Machine Operators & Forklift Drivers

We are seeking Full-Time Production/Machine Operators & Forklift Drivers to build our 3rd shift team.

Several Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate the equipment by performing accurate & efficient set-ups, checking for quality of production, and basic troubleshooting to run machines to the optimal level.
  • Maintain a clean & safe environment
  • Follow all safety rules & regulations
  • Follow assigned job duties & complete all work orders as required by production needs
  • Assist other team members/operators

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven production experience preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds; standing and continuous lifting are required
  • Must have the ability to do basic math and read a tape measure
  • Capable of learning multiple jobs & maintain a high quality of work
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • At times, employees are required to work overtime and weekends
  • Pre-employment physical & drug screen required

Logistics Coordinator

L&M Corrugated Container Corp. is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to organize logistics of corrugated goods for on time shipping and receiving in a profitable manner. The ideal candidate will be organized and results-driven, with excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Experience in supply chain is preferred but not required, we are happy to train the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule incoming and outgoing trucks and material.
  • Schedule all dock times.
  • Order and post sheets efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties.
  • Knowledge of each machines capabilities.

Skills

  • Knowledge of logistics planning and quality control principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

Field Account Executive Role

Inside Account Executive Role – Work from Home

As an Inside Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing sales support and service to our field sales reps in growing the business. In order to succeed in this position, you must be comfortable with:

  •  A results driven work environment
  • Inside sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Strong ability to time manage and produce detailed work
  • Easily adaptable to change, and able to travel as needed within the territory assigned.
  • Coachable and open to consistent feedback to continue your growth

You will be joining L&M in a growth stage, so your work will have an immediate and visible impact. This position is a work from home role, but will require travel 10-15% to assist field sales reps with clients as well as onsite trainings/meetings. Compensation includes base plus bonus.

Strong Inside Account Executives will see themselves transitioning to a Field Account Executive position within 2-3 years of experience. Initial onboarding/training (3 months) will require onsite training and meetings as outlined upon hire.
