L&M Corrugated Container Corporation recently went live with a newly designed website, http://lmcontainer.com.With strong graphics, new photography, and enhanced online tools, the new website serves as a vital communication link between the company and its user groups, including customers, potential employees, vendors, and community partners.
Current customers can log into the customer portal and check the status of their packaging projects, find answers to questions, and connect with L&M staff. New tools also allow customers to place orders, view and release inventory from the floor, and review order history. In addition, they can view invoices and payments.
Prospective customers as well as current ones can access detailed descriptions of products and services offered by the company and read current and back issues of the L&M newsletter. A new Customer Stories tab describes “true stories from the customer service department” and also presents endorsements from current L&M customers.
Also showcased on the site is the history of the company, the mission, vision, and philosophy of L&M Corrugated, its current leadership, and the many benefits of partnering with the company. In addition, prospective employees can quickly and easily view and apply for open positions.
