Employee Spotlight: Charlie Coder is the L&M Corrugated Container Plant Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI. He’s been with L&M for about four years. During that time, Charlie has witnessed many changes as L&M has responded to client needs, employee suggestions and new technologies. “Whether we’re installing new machines or creating new positions, L&M is different now than it was last year. And it will be different at this time next year,” says Charlie.
