We are seeking Full-Time Production/Manufacturing Team Members to perform a multitude of functions; create value by understanding the needs of the business while operating and maintaining our equipment to meet production goals & needs, customer satisfaction, focus on safety, and quality & productivity.

Several Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate the equipment of which includes: performing accurate & efficient set-ups, checking for quality of production, and basic troubleshooting to run machines to the optimal level.
  • Perform daily clean up; maintain a clean & safe environment; follow all safety rules & regulations, and perform all duties in a safe & efficient manner.
  • Follow assigned job duties & complete all work orders as required by production needs; assist other team members/operators.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment; capable of learning multiple jobs; maintain a high quality of work.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required; on the job training.
  • Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds; standing and continuous lifting are required.

Corrugated Designer

We are seeking a design expert who will serve our customers by designing, testing, and producing corrugated packaging.
Responsibilities:
  • Design corrugated packaging products; manage design projects and assist in all phases of the design process; provide input and support in the advancement of materials.
  • May evaluate products and processes for cost efficiency and reliability.
  • Perform stacking analysis and compression performances; provide cape layouts.
  • Act as a resource to our sales department, customers, and the plant for solving style and strength issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of six months in corrugated design and products.
  • High School diploma or equivalency; college education is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ArtiosCAD, structural packaging design software, is a plus.

Full-Time Maintenance Mechanical Technician (Entry Level)

We are looking for a full time Maintenance Mechanical Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs. Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work environment, and generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.

 

Several Responsibilities Include:

  • Inspect, operate, or test machinery and/or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery; repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and or power tools; reassemble equipment.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance as required to ensure machines continue to run smoothly, efficiently, and as safe as possible.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
  • Maintain supply inventories.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience with mechanical and industrial equipment repair; electrical and welding is a plus.
  • Effectively and safely operate standard maintenance tools, such as power tools and basic hand tools.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Support L&M’s mission by providing top-level, executive assistance to the director of each department: sales, customer service, production, and procurement.  Serve as a liaison to the senior management team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal administrative support to senior executive.
